About

I'm a full-stack engineer at VizServe Private Limited — hired as an Associate System Developer in 2025 and promoted to System Engineer I a year later. I take systems from stakeholder requirements through to production: architecture, build, test, deploy, maintain.

That's meant replacing a legacy admissions portal that now handles 1,539 applications, automating a recruitment pipeline that cut manual data entry 80%, and consolidating a school's spreadsheet operations into a single platform.

I work across the whole lifecycle rather than one layer: REST APIs and Postgres on one side, React and Next.js on the other, and n8n, CRM and ATS configuration where software meets business process. I use Claude Code throughout my development lifecycle, and built a custom MCP server for Fathom AI before an official one existed.

Experience

VizServe Private Limited

VizServe Private Limited/System Engineer I

January 2025Present
  • Replaced a legacy admissions portal with a self-service parent portal: 1,539 applications across 3 academic years, 888 parents served in AY2025, 11,368 documents digitized.
  • Configured Manatal ATS and built a WordPress careers portal wired to its REST API, cutting screening from 3 days to same-day for 200+ monthly applicants and manual data entry by 80%.
  • Automated background and reference checks in n8n for 100+ candidates weekly, lifting response rates 25%.
  • Consolidated spreadsheet-based school operations into one platform, collapsing a multi-day per-term report card process to minutes.
  • Configured a HitPay online store and inventory for the group's uniform and supplies shop across 7 product categories, and designed the storefront.

What I do

  • Full-stack product development
  • REST API design & integration
  • Workflow & business process automation
  • CRM and ATS configuration

  • E-commerce & inventory configuration
  • MCP server development
  • LLM application integration
  • End-to-end delivery ownership
  • Stakeholder requirements gathering

Approach

  1. 01

    Requirements from the call

Stakeholder calls are recorded in Fathom and surfaced by a custom MCP server, so decisions reach the work without being re-typed.

  2. 02

    Context before code

Project rules, reusable skills, custom commands and architecture notes live in the repo, so output stays on the codebase's conventions.

  3. 03

    Architecture before implementation

Stack and phases are settled up front — saying the sequence out loud surfaces the dependency you'd otherwise hit halfway through.

  4. 04

    Tests, pipelines, deploys

The laborious, well-understood parts are the first cut under a deadline. Lowering their cost is what gets them done at all.

  5. 05

    Review everything that lands

AI gets to a reviewable draft faster; it doesn't decide what to build. Real data and the people affected do.

Selected Work

Student Information System

2026 — Present

Consolidated a school's spreadsheet-based operations into one platform — admissions, student records, grades, attendance and parent access all working off a single student record. Teachers enter raw scores and the system computes grades and renders the printable report card, collapsing a multi-day per-term process to minutes.

Journey

  1. January 2026· VizServe Private Limited

    Promoted to System Engineer I

Twelve months after joining, I moved up from Associate System Developer to System Engineer I — by then owning the admissions portal, the recruitment automation and the student information system end-to-end.

  2. January 2025· VizServe Private Limited

    Hired at VizServe

Shortly after graduating, I was hired at VizServe Private Limited as an Associate System Developer. Since then I've been building and revamping real-world systems — online admission platforms, recruitment automation, a student information system, and WordPress sites serving thousands of users monthly.

  3. July – December 2024· Codebility

    Frontend Developer Training — Codebility

Straight out of university I completed Codebility's Frontend Developer Training Program (29 July – 2 December 2024) — modern web frameworks, Next.js, version control with Git, and building responsive, accessible interfaces. I shipped two projects on the programme: a responsive Deadpool and Wolverine site and an e-commerce storefront. It was the bridge between graduating and being hired.

  4. July 2024· Laguna University

    Graduation

After five years at Laguna University (Aug 2019 – July 2024), I earned my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Graduating as the sole developer behind our capstone project was a proud moment that marked the end of one chapter and the start of the next.

  5. 2023 - 2024· Laguna University

Capstone Project — IGotYou: Multimedia Booking System

For our capstone project, I took on the role of sole developer for our entire group — handling everything from system design to implementation. Building IGotYou end-to-end on my own was a defining milestone — it proved I could take a project from concept to completion independently.

  6. 2022· Laguna University

    Frontend Competition — 4th Place

While studying at Laguna University, I joined a school frontend development competition and placed 4th. It was my first taste of competitive programming and pushed me to take web development more seriously, sharpening both my skills and my drive to improve.

  7. Early Beginnings· Calamba City, Laguna

    Hello, World!

Every developer has a beginning — mine was a simple `Hello, World!` printed on a screen. That one line of output was enough to ignite a passion for coding that I've carried ever since throughout my studies and career.
